Allowing Ourselves to Be Happy

We are allowed to be happy! Being happy isn't turning a blind eye to the problems of the world and we shouldn't feel guilty about experiencing that happiness. In fact, depriving ourselves of joy doesn't fix the problems of the world but only limits our ability to make positive changes.

In fact, learning how to be happy through meditation is a confident, empowered step forward in the face of difficulty. It gives us room to be creative and dynamic, and gives us the energy we need to take positive action.

In this workshop, we will learn how to give ourselves the permission and space to feel deep peace—and move forward in the best way.
